The challenge

Nona Repair, a phone and tablet repair business in the Netherlands, needed its customer experience and its day-to-day operations to work as one. Customers needed a clear way to understand the services on offer and book a repair, while the team needed a dependable way to manage the appointments and jobs coming in.

Juggling bookings across calls, messages and manual notes makes it easy to double-book a slot, lose track of a device or leave a customer waiting for an update: exactly the kind of friction that costs a repair shop repeat business.

The business needed a single system: a professional website customers trust, online appointment booking, and an admin panel that gives the team one view of everything happening in the shop.

The solution

We built a complete repair platform on Next.js, TypeScript and Supabase. The public website presents Nona Repair's services clearly and lets customers book an appointment online in a few steps, on any device.

Behind it sits a custom admin panel and management system. Appointments flow straight into it, giving the team one place to review bookings, manage repairs and keep operations organized, instead of piecing information together from different channels.

Because the website, the booking flow and the back office share one Supabase database, everything stays in sync. Nona Repair now runs its customer experience and its operations from a single platform built around how a repair shop actually works.
