Yalla Nady Management System

Yalla Nady Academy runs a busy nursery, and running a nursery involves a remarkable amount of administration. Every part of it has to stay accurate, up to date and connected to everything else.

Spreading that work across paper records, spreadsheets and disconnected tools makes information hard to find, forces the same details to be entered more than once, and leaves management without a clear picture of how the nursery is running.

The academy needed one reliable system that covered its operations end to end, designed around how its team actually works day to day rather than forcing them into a generic template.

We built a complete management system for the academy: 31 modules working together in a single application, built with React, TypeScript and Vite on top of Supabase.

Each module was shaped around a real part of the academy's operations, and all of them share one database, so information entered once is available wherever it is needed. The interface, built with shadcn/ui and Tailwind CSS, keeps a system of this size clear and consistent to use.

The result is a single source of truth for the whole nursery. The team no longer chases information across tools, and management has one place to see and run the academy's operations.
