1. Who we are

This website is operated by B2X Group, based in Alexandria, Egypt (“B2X”, “we”, “us”). We are responsible for the personal data described in this policy. You can reach us at info@b2xgroup.com.

2. What we collect

We only collect what you choose to send us, plus the minimum technical data needed to run the site:

• Contact form: your name, email address, the type of inquiry and your message, and, if you provide them, your company name and phone number.
• Newsletter sign-up: your email address.
• Technical data: like any website, our hosting provider processes your IP address, browser details and request times to deliver and secure the site. Our forms also use your IP address briefly to limit abuse; it is not stored with your message.

This website does not use analytics, advertising trackers or tracking cookies.

3. How we use it

• To reply to your inquiry and, if we work together, to provide our services.
• To send the newsletter you signed up for. You can ask us to stop at any time.
• To protect the website and our forms against spam and abuse.

We use your data because you asked us to (your inquiry or sign-up), or because we have a legitimate interest in running a secure website. We never sell your personal data.

4. Who else processes it

We rely on a small number of service providers, who process data on our behalf:

• Vercel hosts this website and processes form submissions.
• Discord delivers form submissions to our team in a private channel.
• Supabase and Unsplash host some of the images shown on this site. Loading those images shares your IP address with them.

These providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States. Links to other sites, such as WhatsApp or LinkedIn, are governed by those sites’ own policies.

5. How long we keep it

We keep inquiries for as long as we need them to respond and to manage any working relationship that follows, and then delete them. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe.

6. Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, to stop using it, or to stop sending you the newsletter. Email info@b2xgroup.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in the EU or the UK, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

7. Security

The site is served over HTTPS and our providers apply industry-standard safeguards. No transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect the data you send us.

8. Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and the date at the top of it.
